Payment went through — good. The vehicle on the ramp can wait a day or two, but you still want to know where the box is. Here is how our process actually works from Bikaner.
Right after checkout
You should see an order confirmation on screen and get email/SMS with an order number. Save that number; it is what we use on phone and WhatsApp, not your cart name.
When tracking appears
Warehouse picking happens the same day or next business day depending on volume. Courier tracking links go out when the shipment is handed over — not always within minutes of payment. Heavy or odd-sized lines ( sheet metal, long propshafts ) may ship a day later while we pack properly.
Check status in your account
Log in via login and open your dashboard order history. Repeat buyers use this to download GST PDFs for their CA as well.
If delivery is late
- Confirm the PIN code on the order — transposition errors happen.
- Check whether the courier attempted delivery ( some rural routes need a second trip ).
- Call or WhatsApp us with the order number — we chase the courier from our side faster than you guessing the helpline.
