Most people who call our Bikaner desk are not stuck on a part number — they are stuck on the sign-up screen. Fair enough: the form is short, but it helps to know what happens next before you start.
Before you begin
Keep your mobile phone handy. We verify numbers with a one-time password (OTP). If you buy for a workshop or fleet, note your GSTIN — you can add billing details later at checkout, but having it ready saves a follow-up call.
Register in four steps
- Open Register from the top menu or the login page.
- Enter your name, mobile number, and email. Use a number you actually answer — couriers and our team both use it.
- Submit the form. You will receive an OTP on SMS. Enter it on the next screen within the time limit shown.
- Once verified, you land in your account area. From there you can search parts, save addresses, and see order history after your first purchase.
Password login vs OTP
Some accounts also use a password if your organisation enabled it. If you see “Login with password” on the login page, your admin may have set that up. Otherwise OTP on mobile is the default — no password to forget.
What you can do after registration
- Search by part code on part search and add lines to cart
- Track orders and download GST invoices from your dashboard
- Save delivery addresses for repeat workshop orders
- Contact us on WhatsApp with your registered mobile for faster part identification

I did not get the OTP
Wait two minutes, check signal, then request again. If it still fails, call us on the number in the footer — we can confirm your mobile is entered correctly.
Can I use one account for multiple workshops?
One login can hold several delivery addresses. For separate GST billing entities, many fleet buyers prefer separate accounts — your CA can advise.
