Adding lines, checking stock, GST at checkout, payment options, and what the confirmation email should show.

What you will gain from this guide

  • Out-of-stock lines show before you pay
  • GST invoice uses your billing address at checkout
  • Delivery times depend on PIN code and courier partner

You found the part code, price looks right, stock shows available — good. Here is how the rest of the journey works on our site.

Build the cart

  • From a product page, use Add to cart. Repeat for each line — mix Force, filters, and fasteners in one order if you like.
  • Open the cart icon in the header to review quantities. Remove mistaken lines before checkout; it is easier than cancelling after payment.
  • Staff accounts (workshop login) may see bin locations on some lines — that is for your internal reference, not a substitute for part codes.

Checkout details

  1. Confirm delivery address. Rural PIN codes sometimes add a day — the summary page shows the best estimate we have at order time.
  2. Enter or confirm GST billing details if you need an input-tax credit. Typos in GSTIN delay your CA later.
  3. Choose payment method shown on screen (online gateway where enabled). You receive an order reference immediately after success.

After payment

We pick from our Bikaner warehouse, pack by component type ( fluids upright, sheet metal flat ), and hand off to courier. Tracking shares by SMS/email when the label is generated — not always the same minute as payment, especially on heavy days.

If something looks wrong

  • Price changed at checkout — rare price list updates; the checkout total is the one that counts.
  • Line went out of stock overnight — we call or WhatsApp before partial dispatch unless you told us to ship available lines only.
