Password resets are boring until you are mid-order and the cart timer is ticking. Here is the straight path.
Reset steps
- On Login, choose forgot password (or open forget password directly).
- Enter the email or mobile registered on your account — the same one on your GST invoices from us.
- Check email (and SMS if we send a code). Links expire; open the newest message, not yesterday’s.
- Set a new password you have not used on ten other sites. Save it in your password manager if you use one.
- Sign in again and confirm your dashboard loads.
Use OTP while you wait
If email is slow, switch to OTP login on the login page. You can complete checkout without waiting for the reset mail. Reset the password later when you have time.
Security note
We will never ask for your password on WhatsApp or phone. If someone claiming to be support asks, hang up and call the number listed on our contact page.
